GlobeKitty è uno strumento gratuito per tenere il conto delle spese condivise in un gruppo, gestito dall'amministratore della piattaforma GlobeKitty. Usandolo accettate questi termini.
Il servizio non gestisce denaro, non effettua pagamenti e non è un istituto di pagamento: si limita a registrare cifre che inserite voi e a calcolarne i saldi.
GlobeKitty è gratuito e tale resta. Il footer può proporre un link a una donazione volontaria su una piattaforma esterna.
Una donazione è una liberalità spontanea, non il pagamento di un servizio: non dà diritto ad alcunché, non sblocca funzioni, non attribuisce vantaggi e non cambia in alcun modo il servizio, che resta identico e gratuito sia che doniate sia che non doniate.
La donazione avviene interamente sulla piattaforma esterna, secondo i suoi termini (compresa l'eventuale gestione dei rimborsi): GlobeKitty non incassa tramite il servizio e non gestisce la transazione.
Il servizio è fornito «così com'è» e «come disponibile», senza garanzie di alcun tipo: né di funzionamento continuo, né di assenza di errori, né di idoneità a uno scopo particolare.
In particolare non è garantita la disponibilità: il servizio può essere lento, irraggiungibile o interrotto in qualsiasi momento, anche a lungo e senza preavviso, per manutenzione, guasto, problemi del fornitore di hosting o semplice scelta di chi lo gestisce.
Non è garantita la conservazione dei dati: possono andare perduti a causa di guasti, errori o interventi tecnici. Non esiste alcun obbligo di backup né di ripristino.
I calcoli di GlobeKitty valgono quanto i dati che inserite. Il servizio non verifica che gli importi siano corretti, che le spese siano reali o che le ripartizioni siano quelle concordate.
I saldi mostrati sono un ausilio pratico fra persone che si fidano l'una dell'altra: non costituiscono documento contabile, prova di pagamento, riconoscimento di debito né titolo esigibile, e non hanno alcun valore fiscale.

Siete gli unici responsabili di ciò che inserite: nomi, descrizioni, note, importi e di ogni altro contenuto immesso attraverso il vostro accesso.
Inserendo dati riferiti ad altre persone dichiarate di averne titolo e vi assumete la responsabilità nei loro confronti. Chi gestisce il servizio non ha alcun modo di verificarlo e non risponde della liceità dei contenuti immessi dagli utenti.
È vietato immettere contenuti illeciti, offensivi o lesivi di diritti altrui, dati di persone estranee al gruppo, categorie particolari di dati personali (salute, opinioni, convinzioni, vita sessuale), credenziali, numeri di carte o documenti d'identità.
È vietato usare il servizio per finalità illecite, tentare di accedere ad aree o dati altrui, e sottoporlo a carichi anomali o automatizzati.
Tenete al sicuro i vostri link di accesso: chi li possiede entra. La loro diffusione, anche accidentale, è responsabilità vostra; se un link vi sfugge, rigeneratelo subito dall'app.
Chi gestisce il servizio può rimuovere contenuti e sospendere accessi che violino queste regole, senza preavviso.
Se dal vostro uso del servizio deriva una pretesa di terzi, ne rispondete voi e terrete indenne chi gestisce il servizio da ogni conseguenza.
Un wallet che non registra alcun movimento per oltre 45 giorni è considerato abbandonato e può essere eliminato insieme al suo contenuto. È una facoltà, non un automatismo: la valutazione è caso per caso.
Se un wallet vi serve ancora, basta usarlo. Se sapete di volerlo conservare a lungo senza usarlo, esportatelo: l'esportazione in CSV e PDF è disponibile in ogni momento nell'app.
Potete eliminare da soli il vostro account dalla pagina del profilo. L'operazione cancella definitivamente l'account, i wallet di cui siete proprietari e tutto il loro contenuto, e fa smettere di funzionare i link di gestione e di sola lettura che avete condiviso con altri. È irreversibile: esportate prima ciò che vi serve.
Chi gestisce il servizio può inoltre eliminare wallet e account in caso di violazione di questi termini.
Il servizio può essere modificato, limitato, sospeso o chiuso definitivamente in qualsiasi momento, senza che ciò comporti alcun obbligo o indennizzo. Trattandosi di un servizio gratuito, nessun corrispettivo è dovuto in alcun caso.
In caso di chiusura definitiva programmata verrà dato un preavviso ragionevole, di norma trenta giorni, per consentire l'esportazione dei dati. Il preavviso può mancare se la chiusura dipende da cause non prevedibili o non controllabili.
Esportate periodicamente i dati che vi stanno a cuore: è l'unica garanzia di conservazione che avete.
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, chi gestisce il servizio non risponde dei danni derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare GlobeKitty: perdita o alterazione di dati, indisponibilità del servizio, errori nei calcoli, decisioni prese sulla base dei saldi mostrati, controversie fra i partecipanti di un gruppo.
Resta ferma la responsabilità per dolo e colpa grave, che la legge non consente di escludere, così come restano impregiudicati i diritti inderogabili riconosciuti ai consumatori.
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio.

GlobeKitty is free and stays that way. The footer may offer a link to a voluntary donation on an external platform.
A donation is a spontaneous gift, not payment for the service: it grants no right, unlocks no feature, confers no advantage and changes nothing about the service, which stays identical and free whether you donate or not.
The donation takes place entirely on the external platform, under its terms (including any refund handling): GlobeKitty takes no payment through the service and does not handle the transaction.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind: not of continuous operation, not of freedom from errors, not of fitness for a particular purpose.
Availability in particular is not guaranteed: the service may be slow, unreachable or interrupted at any time, possibly for long periods and without notice, due to maintenance, failure, hosting provider issues or simply the operator's choice.
Data retention is not guaranteed: data may be lost through failure, error or technical work. There is no obligation to back up or restore.
GlobeKitty's figures are only as good as what you enter. The service does not check that amounts are correct, that expenses are real, or that splits match what was agreed.
The balances shown are a practical aid between people who trust each other: they are not accounting records, proof of payment, acknowledgement of debt or enforceable claims, and carry no tax significance.

You are solely responsible for what you enter: names, descriptions, notes, amounts and any other content submitted through your access.
By entering data about other people you declare you are entitled to do so and take responsibility towards them. The operator has no way of verifying this and is not answerable for the lawfulness of user-submitted content.
You must not enter unlawful, offensive or infringing content, data about people outside the group, special categories of personal data (health, opinions, beliefs, sex life), credentials, card numbers or identity documents.
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reach other people's areas or data, or subject it to abnormal or automated load.
Keep your access links safe: whoever holds them gets in. Their spread, even accidental, is your responsibility; if a link escapes, regenerate it from the app straight away.
The operator may remove content and suspend access in breach of these rules, without notice.
If your use of the service gives rise to a third-party claim, it is yours to answer, and you will hold the operator harmless from any consequence.
A wallet recording no movement for more than 45 days is treated as abandoned and may be deleted along with its content. This is an option, not an automatism: each case is assessed on its own.
If you still need a wallet, just use it. If you know you want to keep one for a long time without using it, export it: CSV and PDF export is always available in the app.
You can delete your own account from your profile page. Doing so permanently removes the account, the wallets you own and all their content, and stops the management and read-only links you shared with others from working. It cannot be undone: export what you need first.
The operator may also delete wallets and accounts in case of breach of these terms.
The service may be changed, restricted, suspended or shut down for good at any time, with no obligation or compensation arising. As the service is free, no payment is ever due.
Where a permanent shutdown is planned, reasonable notice will be given, normally thirty days, to allow data export. Notice may be absent where the shutdown stems from unforeseeable or uncontrollable causes.
Export what matters to you from time to time: it is the only guarantee of retention you have.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, GlobeKitty: loss or alteration of data, unavailability of the service, errors in calculations, decisions taken on the basis of the balances shown, or disputes between members of a group.
Liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence remains, as the law does not allow it to be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence or domicile remain competent.
These terms may change; the current version is always available here, with the revision date at the top. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept it.
